Shop Policies

Minimum Charge Policy

Our shop minimum ($80) covers the time and expense of a sanitary setup and clean up for all equipment and procedure areas as well as single use supplies necessary to provide a clean, safe and professional tattoo application. Our minimum is the absolute lowest amount we will charge for any tattoo (aside from flash specials). If you and your friend are getting matching tiny dot tattoos each tattoo will be the shop minimum each. If you want multiple tiny dots in one single session you will be charged a flat rate or hourly (so if you want multiple tiny tattoos, it is more cost effective to have them done all in the same session) please note that any tattoo exceeding 30 mins will automatically cost more that the shop minimum. 

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you need to cancel an appointment or do not show up for your appointment you will not receive any portion of the deposit back. If you need to reschedule your appointment more than once or within 48 hours of your scheduled time, you will need to pay another deposit fee in addition to the total cost of your tattoo.

Reschedule Policy

All appointments require at least a 48 hour notice to reschedule. If at least 48 hours is given your deposit may be applied to your new appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled more than twice, your deposit will be forfeited, 

Late Policy

Please let us know if you are running late for your appointment. If you are 15 mins or more late for an appointment without advance notice, you may forfeit your deposit, lose your appointment, and have to reschedule and pay a new deposit.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits will be applied to the final cost of your tattoo. Deposits are forfeited if you are more than 15 mins late to your appointment, if you no call no show, cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, reschedule more than twice, arrive to your appointment without correct paperwork or ID, arrive for your appointment under the influence, do not complete the tattoo within 2 years, request excessive or last minute design changes, or decide to not get tattooed at all. If you forfeit your deposit, you may be required to leave anew deposit for future bookings, Deposits cannot be transferred from person to person.

Guest Policy

You may bring guest and/or children as long as all company respects our shop policies and business property. Any disruptive guest may be asked to leave. It is artist descretion as to how many guest are allowed in the station as extra company. We try to only allow 1 extra. Children must not be unsupervised or left alone in the lobby. If you bring your child they must stay in the station with you and remain respectful of our workstations. If it becomes an issue you may have to reschedule and come back another time. We have coloring books for kids!

Pet Policy

The health department prohibits any animals or pet in the tattooing area. Service animals are permitted to stay in the lobby area and must not be left unattended at any time. We have 2 shop pets which are not in any area of tattooing, they are in their own enclosures and must stay in the tanks at all time. You may look but do not touch! Please be advised if you have a reptile phobia.
